Error Message with WooCommerce coupons

    Hi,

    I am using user registration pro + WooCommerce.
    when i send users a coupon and they register it, i see in https://ki.cwevents.live/wp-admin/users.php?role=customer a strange error message:

    Warning: Illegal string offset ‘login_option’ in /www/htdocs/w01a26b3/cwevents.live/ki/wp-content/plugins/user-registration/includes/admin/class-ur-admin-user-list-manager.php on line 90

    and also these users can’t login anymore, they see these error messages:

  • Hi @rolo747,

    That’s really strange. Have you tried doing the conflict test? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except User Registration plugin and it’s an add-on and see if it works or not. If everything works fine then you can activate other plugins one after another and do test registrations at the same time. This will let you know the cause behind the error.

    Hi,
    I have just tried the conflict test and de-activated all other plugins, until only user-registration active. The error message is still there. If I de-activate user-registration as well, the error message in the user list disappears.
    any ideas?

    I have used the plugin woo commerce coupon generator to generate the coupons, could this be an issue?
