    This tutorial is incomprehensible !!!!

Your site appears to be in Maintenance Mode (Notre site en cours de maintenance), so I was unable to look at your form to give you any realistically practical guidance.

Without that my guess is that you have used reCAPTCHA v2 previously & not setup reCAPTCHA v3 registration since CF7 5.1.+ updated to reCAPTCHA v3 some time ago.

The orange error border can indicate reCAPTCHA v3 is not working correctly on your site (there can be other reasons).

You may see this error if you’ve:

    • previously used reCAPTCHA v2 with CF7
    • updated to CF7 5.1.1 or newer and
    • not changed your previous reCAPTCHA v2 keys to reCAPTCHA v3 keys at Contact > Integration.

The API keys for reCAPTCHA v2 don’t work with the reCAPTCHA v3 API.

Okay, ty for theses details, I used the recaptcha V3 and I had tried without recaptcha and the same problem..
I have create a new Google recaptcha account for this domain with new v3 keys : same problem..

I can send you the support access to my wordpress admin if is it possible for u. I sent u theses by email ?

NOTE: All support in www.remarpro.com can only use publicly accessible links for a number of very good reasons.

If you’ve registered correctly for reCAPTCHA v3 (by following the instructions at reCAPTCHA v3) & it’s working, you should now see the reCAPTCHA Privacy badge displayed at the bottom of every page on your site (not just the pages where you’ve got CF7 forms).

If the reCAPTCHA badge is not showing, this shows that reCAPTCHA v3 is not working on your site.

Hi, thank you for your help but I repeat to you that this errors occurs even if without the [recaptcha] filed in the form configuration..

I have created a new form with no recaptcha, and there is the orange message again : https://aigp-solutions.com/test-form/

The domain has changed few weeks ago (apport-solutions.com to aigp-solutions.com), it is a possible reason for this error ?
