error message – while installing woocommerce plugin into my wordpress dashboard

    Hello,

    I am from India & Currently working on my own ecommerce website with no programming knowledge, and i am just starting from scratch.

    i actually tried installing plugin of woocommerce into my account but recieving error. i tried deleting my wordpress account and re installing but still i am unable to install woocommerce.

    i tried searching for a solution on youtube & google and also tried uploading woocommerce latest & 2.6.8 versions using ftp method and by uploading zip file directly through the upload option but i am finding error message.

    when i tried uploading it directly through zip file, i recieved an error as ‘ERROR ESTABLISHING DATABASE CONNECTION’

    Also, when i tried installing through plugin section by searching woocommerce, i recieved this error ‘Installation failed: <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC “-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN”> 500 Internal Server Error Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator at [email protected] to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log.’

    Please help me troubleshooting the situation, or else atleast let me know of any other ecommerce plugin, which helps me in creating shopping cart and other items for a total ecommerce website, so that i be able to work on my ecommerce website.
