Error message when user try to subscribe2

  • I installed subscribe2 it is great plugin. however I have one problem that is when users click on the link to subscribe it popup error message as the following:
    Sorry, there seems to be an error on the server, please try again?

    when I logon to wp-admin I see the email of the subscribe whith Excelemation red mark befor the email ! when I check the box and click process now the email is ready.
    Can anyone help please..

    Do these prospective subscribers ever get an email asking them to confirm? I suspect not which is why you are getting the error message.

    You need to make sure your ‘sender’ details in Subscribe2->Settings are on-domain with your blog. So, if your blog is https://www.exxample.com the email should be something like [email protected].

    If this is already the case ask your hosting provider why these emails are being blocked.

    hello,
    1- the wordpress is runing on microsoft iis server,
    2- I have 3 other blog on the server too.
    3- the server has also smtp running on
    however the administrator email is not the same as the domain name.
    and do not see where in setting I have put the domain email address?
