• Hi,

I’m using WordPress 4.2 and the 2.0.79 version for NextGen Gallery. No other plugins is installed, not even “Hello Dolly”. On the server, PHP version is 5.6.6

I can’t upload pictures into the gallery. Every time I tried (with 320 ko pics), I get an error message : Unexpected error. This must be due to bad settings on the server. Please refer to your PHP error log or ask for help with your domain provider. (translated from French, all of the words might not be exact)

How can I get the error log, to know which setting is wrong on the server (I run two other websites using the exact same settings, and everything works) ?

Thanks a lot for your help

    Best regards,

@stefanp44 – You might need to work with your web hosting service to get to the error_logs on the site you are having issues with.

    Hi,

I did get in touch with the web hosting support service : I have no errors logs found on it. Still, we tried to move back to PHP 5.5 : same problem. I checked the size of pictures : 300 ko each (I try to upload 3 of them).

I did a plugin reset but I still get the same messahe. Is there any log generated by the plug-in that I could look at ?

The website is https://www.atlanticjardin-pepinieres.fr (I set up a html single page to hide the wordpress installation for the time being)

@stefanp44 – Without being able to see the actual site and WordPress installation there is not much more we can offer.

Please send us a Bug Report (https://nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/ … please reference this topic) so we can get a better look under the page at your site.

We may need log in (and FTP) credentials for your WordPress installation, please include those with your Bug Report, too.

    Thanks!

I have the same problem. Have you found a solution?

    Ops!!!
I can not disable this message on all pages of wordpress:
Flash slideshow support has been removed from NextGEN Gallery. Please see this blog post for more information.

    Thanks!!!
