Error message when submitting an application

  • We have been using this plugin for about 6 months and have had zero issues but with this most recent ad posted it always gives this error message, “An unexpected error occusred. Please Contact us!” With all of the other ads submission works perfectly.

    Hi,

    Application from element is appearing two times on your ad which is causing this issue. Please try following debugging techniques to identify the root cause of this problem:

    • Try deactivating all plugins except ApplyOnline plugin & then submit an application.
    • If above do not work, try switching to a default WordPress theme e.g. twentySeventeen. Then submit an application form from front-end.
