Error message when signing up

Hello there,

Sorry for the slow response. I wanted to show this to my developer, as we’ve never seen this before. We’ve been really busy this week.

He’s not sure what’s causing this either. We’d like you to try and rule out or isolate any conflicts with your theme or plugins. To search for conflicts, please follow these steps.

1. First please deactivate all plugins except [Plugin] and see if the issue persists.

2. If the issue is resolved, reactivate your plugins one by one to see if the issue returns.

3. If no conflict is found among your plugins, try reverting to a default WP theme like ‘Twenty Sixteen’, or ‘Twenty Seventeen’, and see if the issue is resolved.

You can put your site back as it was, and please get back to us with details. Let us know if you were able to find a conflict, and what with, and we’ll see what we can do from there.
