Error message when proceeding to checkout

Hello there!
I’m having a little trouble with the plugin. It was working normally until last week when the following message started appearing when someone tries to checkout with the products that have the Local Pickup option: “There are some issues with the items in your cart. Please go back to the cart page and resolve these issues before checking out.”
Is there anyway to fix this?
I tried to deactivate the plugin but I have too many orders with the custom pickup status from the plugin and I’m afraid I would mess them up if I did it.
