error message when intalling via https://my domain/wp-admin/install.php

I have gone through the installation steps via
https://my domain/wp-admin/install.php

I have entered a blog title, my email and hit install. The page reloads and give me a loooong page with error messages mainly stating

WordPress database error: [CREATE command denied to user ‘jhallqv_dbuser02’@’ws2.surf-town.net’ for table ‘wp_terms’]

and

[Table ‘jhallqv_db2.wp_options’ doesn’t exist]

and

[Table ‘jhallqv_db2.wp_usermeta’ doesn’t exist]

What have I done wrong? Please help me if you can
