Error Message when I create a post

Is your installation of WordPress and theme updated ?

Yes, everything is all up to date. My Theme is up to date and my plugins are up to date as well. I am not sure why it just all of a sudden has this error. Any other ideas maybe? Thank you .

Yes, everything may be up to date, however it doesn’t mean that the code has been updated to be compatiable with the php verison. See here for example :

I think i have figured it out. I created my posts in Zoho Docs and when I copied and pasted it, it must have brought some crappy formatting code. Now i put it in Notepad and that strips the formatting. Then I copy the text from Notepad and format it right in my post. That worked with no error. Someone else might have this situation and that was my fix.
