Error message using form, owner not recieving message but recorded in Flamingo

Hi.
When using form we always get this message: There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.
But the message is recorded in Flamingo inbound message page in Wordress admin. And the company never recieve mesages in there email box.
Check Email plugin is also install and never recieve testing messages either.
Do you have an advice to fix this?
