Is there any more info I can provide to help get some traction on this. Thanks

    Hi Sarnim,

    You can safely ignore this.

It is only a guide more than anything else. Alot of shared servers dont allow the function call so it will always fail on these systems.

    Many thanks

    Thanks for the reply Peter.
However it appears the Plug-in is not working. No responsive menu is displayed on mobile.
    Thanks
    Sarnim

    Hi Sarnim,

In that case you will need to include the suggested metaport view tag to your site. Simply paste the following into the head of your site:

    <meta name='viewport' content='width=device-width, initial-scale=1, maximum-scale=1, user-scalable=no' />

This will be in the header.php file of your wordpress theme.

Try this and let me know how you get on.

    Many thanks

    Hi Peter

Thanks very much for your help. That’s looking better (although for some reason the menu does not display when the mobile is oriented in landscape format).

    Cheers

    Hi Sarnim,

Ive just checked your site on landscape and portrait view on my iPhone and it works perfectly.

Can you please check again or let me know which mobile you are experiencing problems with.

The only other option I can think of may be that your breakpoint width value may be too small.

    Many thanks

Got it working Peter. Many thanks.
Increased the Breakpoint width as per your suggestion.

Incidentally, increasing it to 2000 revealed the R.Menu on my desktop, so I chopped it back to 1300px.

    Hey Sarnim,

Great news that you got it working.

Yeah, 2000 is way to high as it will always show, I think an iPhone is only down at 320 so you can see the difference, but whatever works for you is what is important!

    Many thanks

    Peter
