    I’ve received an email about a technical issue with my WordPress site. It says there is an issue with this plugin. My customers are able to book appointments, but I am not able to manage the bookings. Below is the error that WordPress sent me. I’ve removed the first part of the directories for security reasons.

    Hi,

    Please indicate the version number of the Appointment Booking Calendar plugin installed at your website (version number that appears in the “Plugins” menu). According to the error message it may be an old version of plugin.

    Hello and thank you for your reply. The plugins page indicates that I have version 7.2.86 installed. This is a bit confusing, because it looks like the latest version available in the plugins is 1.3.66. Can you shed some light into why this may have happened?

    The version #7.2.86 is an old version number of the commercial version of the plugin. In that case the latest version number is #7.2.92. We’d like to help but we can’t reply about that in this forum. We are not allowed to support any customers in these forums.
