Error message: Unable to read image file. No editor could be selected.

    Hi,
    When I upload images using the EntryWizard I am getting the following error: “Unable to read image file. No editor could be selected.” The file does not appear in the uploads folder.

    Can you help me find out what is going wrong?

    When the image is uploaded, it’s dimensions, etc need to be read on the server. Most servers have the image editor GD installed, and nowadays most also have ImageMagick. One of these two editors is required.

    The message implies that neither are available.

    Your hosting company should be able to help.
