  • That’s because not enough data was collected, you can find more details here.

Thank you for the link. I am checking the Javascript console and it looks like it occurs because the file /wp-content/plugins/google-analytics-dashboard-for-wp/admin/js/admin.js is missing. Is the file supposed to be there?

No it’s not, that’s a know bug and is not causing the issue.

Looks like I’ve missed the error code which is zero, sorry.

Most probably, it’s a security plugin or something else forcing a “0” response on admin-ajax.php calls (assuming you have the same error in your dashboard as well).

The plugin in the dashboard works just fine, where I do not see any errors. You mean that if some plugin is affecting yours, the functions in the dashboard should not work as well?

I disabled all the plug-ins except yours but the link “GOOGLE ANALYTICS REPORT” on the bottom of pages still does not work.. Do you have any other suggestions for me to try?

Check your PHP error log for related errors.

For a reliable test while having the plugins disabled also try to switch to a default theme like Twenty Fifteen.

I deactivated all the plug-ins and switched the theme back to the one of default ones, but it still returns the error code 0… Looks like something else is conflicting it.. If you still have any other suggestions, any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi, I downloaded and set-up Google Analytic on my wordpress account today and went through the whole set-up process. I tried to view website visitors but I received this message: ‘Not enough data collected.’ I’ve also received this message when trying to view other stats: ‘This report is unavailable.’

I read where you said before that those are just promps and not necessarily errors but how can I correct that? Will I ever be able to see page views for posts?

There are a few posts that I know for sure were viewed but I can’t seem to get the numbers. Can you assist please.
