    Have a look in the Settings page and try changing the “Send email from” setting to the name of a user account that has an email address associated with it that is on the same domain as your blog. At the moment the plugin is trying to use a fictional email address and this is probably why the emails are failing and you are getting that message.

    Thank you. I’ve changing the user account but still getting the error message. I’m the only admin on the site and there’s just one email (mine). Can you let me know what donation needs to be and we could do a web meeting so you could help me troubleshoot? You’d be able to see my screen to see if a particular setting is incorrect. Thanks again.

    Can you firstly check with your hosting provider about any restrictions they impose on emails sent via your web space hosting (rather than through SMTP). There is little I can do other than watch the emails fail if you’ve already made the recommend change above.
