Error message: “Something went wrong with your subscription. Please contact the website owner.”

I have configured the sending of email with AWS SES.
I have verified that the emails are sent correctly by making a test of sending a “Welcome email”.

When a customer enters their contact information in the form, the error message appears: “Something went wrong with your subscription. Please contact the website owner.”

    – version of the plugin: MailPoet Free version: 3.46.10; MailPoet Premium version: 3.0.83
    – browser and operating system: Firefox Windows 10
    – Address of the page with the problem: https://www.ayuconstrucciones.com/landing-page-01/

  • Hola @ginopratesi

Start by updating your plugin to the latest version, then try again. Let us know if the error persists.

I just loaded the plug-in and every user that tries to subscribe gets this error.
    https://apaeducationandtraining.org/subscribe-to-apa-conversations/

As a footnote I should say it does create the Subscriber – with a status of Unconfirmed. The user does NOT receive the email with the confirmation link.

I’m also getting the same error. I have updated to the latest version of the plugins (MP Version 3.46.14 & MP Premium Version 3.0.84).

As stated above, the subscriber is created even though they get the error upon hitting the subscribe button.

I am also getting the same message, although I have configured the email id.

I am also getting the same message- “Something went wrong with your subscription. Please contact the website owner.” Though I’ve authorized my sender Email and setup all the other things

I am getting the SAME error as everyone else whenever the form is submitted. Something went wrong with your subscription. Please contact the website owner. I hope this free version of the plug in is not a bait and switch go get you to but the premium version just to get support so the plug in will work properly :/

I have the same issue with the form.
@mailpoet / @wysija my plugin is updated and still getting the same error.
I also tried creating the form using Elementor Pro but the integration does not even allow me to map all of the fields. Is there an updat for this?

    Dear Mailpoet Team,

I am also getting this error. I have configured SMTP with my hosting provider as I have got the email plan with them.

I have placed 3 subscription forms on my website.
I am trying to test the plugin by subscribing to my website through the subscription form, but I am getting this error.

Earlier it was working fine, but after the update to latest version 3.52.0, the plugin doesn’t allow to subscribe. I can see the user is created in the subscription list with status of “unconfirmed”. Can you please help me out here? I am trying to test out the plugin, and if it works fine then might go for premium.

resolved? How? Whats the answer. I’ve updated an still get the same as everyone on this chain.
