Error Message since SSL-Certificate

I am also receiving the error message: “Submission URL and current URL protocols do not match. Form may not function properly.” The error appears when the page loads (not upon submission). This is the page in question: https://somanautiko.com/intake/

The error shows up on iPhones, and in FireFox. I can’t replicate the problem in Chrome.

I’ve double checked with my host that all my pages are loading in HTTPS, and I have checked through all of my site settings. Everything is set up correctly, yet some visitors are still getting the error.

Any suggestions beyond what is suggested in your documentation?
