Error message sending order confirmations from Woocommerce

  • Hi

    I an using Post SMTP Mailer/Email Log om my Woocommerce webshop. Lately new order notifications are not beeing received, and in the email log I can see this in the status: “5.7.1 Message rejected due to content policy” This started late August

    The mails getting this status is standard emails generated by Woocommerce. Test mails are behaving as they should.

    Any suggestions?

    Hi @tronds and @anwebdesign,

    Sorry for the delay in getting a reply to you.

    This sounds like an issue/error generated by your SMTP service provider. Are you able to advise us on who you are using for SMTP? E.g. shared hosting such as GoDaddy, Microsoft 365, MailGun, SendGrid, etc.
