Error message privacy check box

hello,

there is no checkbox for the privacy text on my registration form.

if everything is filled out, the error message appears after sending that the privacy checkbox was not selected.

affiliates should simply be able to access the registration form and create an account. this should be possible without first creating a customer account with woocommerce. (if a customer account exists, the registration form works. probably because the privacy checkbox was already selected during the first registration.)
