Error Message – Password Reset mail not sending

    Hello

    I get the following message after trying to get password reset email sent:

    EMAIL DELIVERY ERROR: the plugin WP Mail SMTP v2.1.1 logged this error during the last time it tried to send an email:

    Mailer: Other SMTP
    SMTP Error: Could not authenticate.
    Please review your WP Mail SMTP settings in plugin admin area. Consider running an email test after fixing it.

    Please could someone let me know why it couldn’t authenticate, when I do a test email it all works fine and test is good and succesful.

    If you’re using constants in wp-config.php to secure your SMTP Settings, be sure to add those constants before the line that reads:

    /* That's all, stop editing! Happy publishing. */
