error message PA01

I have received a swish trade number and a document from the bank where the swish number is and where BjornTech is the technical supplier. I have also filled in the swish number in the woocommerce settings and chosen BjornTech as the technical supplier there, but it does not work. I was in contact with the bank again to hear that everything was connected as it should be there and they guaranteed that it was, it does not work in any case. What should I do, we go live on Monday 26/4 and I need to have it resolved before then.
