Error message on website

  • Since yesterday there seems to be an error message on my website.

    Couldn’t find database jcquery_jcq.An unexpected problem has occured with the application.
    SELECT statscurl_id FROM statscurl WHERE statscurl_ip = ‘212.121.110.102’;

    Solution?
    Could anyone help me out? I’m still quite a beginner regarding to wordpress. This has been only the third website I’ve ever build and I’m not that into reading/writing codes. I don’t understand the error message completely.

    Try:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    Can I ask what the plugin was and where did you download it from?

    It was the short code plugin. Official name: U-design short code insert

    It was really handy, and I think I’m still able to use it. Now I only have to deactivate it after each time after I have used it.

    I can’t seem to update it.

    Not sure what the plugin does but I would be a little suspicious of it as it seems to collect statistics based on ip address. Do you have any statistics plugin running?

    This plugin created a easy to use button to create various short codes. I believe it was designed especially for U-design. At least it was recommended by U-design.

    Could you tell me more about statics plugins? I don’t have any of these now.
