error message on remote server

On my local server the plug-in works fine, but when I upload it, I get this error:

The files take a ridiculous time to load, like two minutes. I have the exact same settings as my local server, I reduced the file size to below 2mb and tried implementing the player several different ways. Not sure what else to do or what’s happening.
