    Sounds as if you are trying to install something that is already installed on your WordPress configuration.

    This is a common error if you try to install the same thing twice, and is probably just the way the plugin “options-framework” choose to tell you about it.

    If you go to your plugins menu in wp-admin, you can probably find the plugin already installed and awaiting activation.
