Error message on my site

Good evening, I really don’t know what is wrong with my site…I have been trying to set the featured image but it appearing on my normal post instead of staying by the right side…Moreover,I am trying to send a post on my blog but is not showing instead,if I click on blog it will take me to home post. Meanwhile if I click on calendar highlighted date,it will show the blog post. Please,what can I do,I am a WordPress beginner?
How can I be in total control of my site since the Webdesigner disappointed me.
