Error message… "on line 316"

    I’m receiving the following message on my site- :

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_is_writable() in /home/content/69/12723669/html/wp-content/plugins/backupwordpress/functions/core.php on line 316

    I’ve looked at the file manager and that’s about the extent of my confidence. Is there a simple fix?

    your “backupwordpress” plug seems to be the issue. delete it via FTP or SFTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    Thanks for your response- I appreciate it.

    I’ve fiddled and faddled with it all and now am able to see my site, but ugh, nothing appears to have been backed up after all. Onto a new issue!
