I’m using version 1.4.16 of your plug-in to display a gallery. Up till quite recently – sorry I can’t be more specific – this worked fine. But I now have the following message appearing on my page:

Notice: Undefined index: show_album_name in /web1/user23614/website/wp-content/plugins/photo-gallery/frontend/controllers/BWGControllerAlbum_extended_preview.php on line 26

Notice: Undefined index: show_album_name in /web1/user23614/website/wp-content/plugins/photo-gallery/frontend/views/BWGViewAlbum_extended_preview.php on line 250

The gallery itself does display underneath these messages.

(the lines referred to both say: ” if ($params[‘show_album_name’]) { ” ). Can you help me resolve this, please?

    TIA

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I did send an email as requested, but I haven’t heard anything back. Just wondering if there has been any progress?

    Hey Michael,

Unfortunately, it appears that we did not receive your email. Could you please re-send it and mention the link to this forum thread in its content?

Also, our development team suggested, that this can be a conflict with another plugin.

Please troubleshoot the issue by deactivating other plugins one by one and testing your gallery each time. This way you will detect the plugin that causes the conflict.

Let us know if you find out anything.
    Thanks! Have a good day!
