Error message on admin section about migration tasks

  • Running Version 3.9.2 of this plugin.

    This is the message in the admin section:

    Some BuddyPress Group Email Subscription migration tasks have not successfully completed. Visit the BPGES settings page to fix this problem.

    There is a link that goes here:

    <site>/wp-admin/settings.php?page=ass_admin_options

    ———-
    But that page comes up blank, with an error message in the top left corner:

    File not found.

    And nothing happens…

    I have tried uninstalling then reinstalling the plugin.

    No change.

    Thanks for any ideas.
