error message on activation

I just installed the plugin after searching for 2 days for a solution.
I just wanted to create a sortable post/slug column in admin panel and it seems that this plugin is exactly what I need . But after activation I get this error message :
Warning: Illegal string offset in Line 12 and 14 of wpi_custom_filter.phpAny ideas? I use a twenty ten child theme.
