“ERROR: message not sent” when confirming booking

Hi,
when confirming a booking I get a message “booking confirmed. Error: Message not sent”. However, the e-Mail has been sent successfully according to my tests. Nevertheless does this message cause a bad feeling. I’m never sure, if the confirmation was really sent or not. Any ideas what’s wrong here?Thanks
