    Hi Ross, thanks for trying out my plugin!

    I checked your iTunes URL, and it worked fine for me. Can you try your URL again, double checking that it was copied completely? Typically, the error you described happens when the URL (specifically the ID number) doesn’t match.

    Hey Doug!

    So, it looks like I had the URL wrong (it was missing the last digit for some reason). I’ve just updated it, and checked for reviews manually, but I’m still getting the same problem!

    Not sure what’s going wrong here!

    Hi Ross,

    Can you take a screenshot and link to it?

    Are you using the latest version of the plugin (3.4)?
