Error message language

Hello,

I get an error message, when I edit pages or posts.

Failed to load plugin url: https://www.wohnungsanalyse.de/wp-content/plugins/toggles-shortcode-and-widget/include/otw_components/otw_shortcode//js/langs/de.js

This file does not exist. Is this coming from your plugin or should it be another plugin?
