For several years I have updated data via visualizer and csv files. For the first time, using copies of files I have used over the past year, I get the following message:
“Invalid data types detected in data type row (2nd row). Please try again”

I tried files that worked over the past months, and they are also now getting that error.

Please advise on appropriate steps to make this work.

    Thanks.

@eonelson48 in the recent release we have tried to improve error handling that we had ignored over the years. From the error message, it seems like you are using a file that does not have the 2nd row that is mandatory for the plugin to understand the data type. Can you please provide the file you are using so that we can ascertain if that’s the case?

Here is a link to this month’s folder with all of the csv files in it. .

I wondered if it might be something with updates, so I’m hoping you can tell me it is an easy fix.

    Thanks.

@eonelson48 The files do not have the 2nd row that defines the data type. That is mandatory in the format the plugin expects. You can look at any of the samples in our samples folders – all of them specify the data type in the 2nd row.

    Thank you. I got it.

I am encountering this same problem. I’ve checked to make sure the second row contains proper data types. I’ve also checked all items in columns is of proper format. I’ve been using these same charts for a year or so and have never encountered this problem. Any help?
