There is an error message that won’t go away that shows at the top in WP Admin.

    The error states:
Authorize.Net error: The API Login ID is required. Please check your Authorize.Net settings.

I’ve added the API login ID and all other details and the plugin successfully connects to Auth.net and processes charges but this error message still persists.

The error message is a false positive. And there is no way to disable the message.

    Hi there,

I am sure you must have checked, but do you happen to have a different Authorize.Net plugin installed by any chance? The error message you mention is not something our plugin should display. Please let me know.

Thank you for your reply! I just doubled checked and yes… Very strange… I swear I deactivated that other Auth.net plugin. But I just deactivated it again and the error went away. So it seems it was the other plugin. I believe their plugin must not have deactivated. They have a popup when you deactivate that asked you to do a survey, so maybe they had a bug with that and it never actually deactivated. Anyhow, thank you!

All good, I am glad it is resolved now.
