Error message in widget editor?

Hi,

I am editing my widget and it says that “my filter conditions are too strict, so the widget does not show as many reviews as I want. By relieving or deleting criteria there will be enough reviews because I have 21 total.”

I have absolutely no idea what this means. I downloaded the free version and paid for all of my reviews to show and I have no idea what this means. Please help me resolve this issue. I really like this widget and do not want to get rid of it.
