Error message in the Form

    I am using Multi Step Form and have an error.

    Notice: Undefined index: confirm in /home/bconz/public_html/rocksolidrelationships.nz/wp-content/plugins/multi-step-form/includes/lib/msf-blocks/email/msf-block-email.class.php on line 57

    The error displays at the top of the form in two lines.
    Also it displays in ‘edit form’. Same two error messages.
