Error Message in IP Blaacklist ver. 4.00

When I select an address to blacklist I get the following two errors on the failed login screen:

Warning: file_get_contents(https://www.ip-finder.me/wp-content/themes/ipfinder/blacklist_add.php?IP=72.167.131.144&website=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.anthemhog.com%2Fwordpress&website_name=Anthem+H.O.G.+Chapter+2376) [function.file-get-contents]: failed to open stream: no suitable wrapper could be found in /home/content/61/9976661/html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/ip-blacklist-cloud/ip_blacklist_cloud.php on line 2723
The address does show up in the IP Blacklist. But i am not sure if your database is being updated or if there may be some other issue.
