    Hi there,

Could you press that button to copy the error message? Thanks!

The error message says to ?press the button below“. Was there any button you could press?

Yes absolutely, I pressed but that does not change anything.

    Got it, thanks.

What was the last action you were taking that caused this error to appear? Did you perhaps try to open the “Document” panel?

In that case, we’ve had some similar reports where that lead to the same error, caused by a specific date format. Could you share the “Date Format” and “Time Format” option you have set under Settings -> General?

I have exactly the same problem.

    Date and Time Format
    11.03.2020-09.50.57

    Date 3 November 2020
    Time 9:40 am

The error occurs when I click on Use Template.

I hope this explains the problem and I look forward to learning about the solution.

    Regards
    Simon

@b2markets Thanks for the report & the video! Since your settings look fine and the error message is completely different, could you please open a new support topic for it?

This way we can better assist you.

Note: The error message contains a link about debugging in WordPress which I recommend reading. When WordPress shows you that blank error message you should also have gotten an email with steps to recover. Make sure to follow the steps in that email.

When opening your support ticket, make sure to include your Site Health information. Also, temporarily try disabling all other plugins to see if this improves the situation. This helps narrowing down the problem.

@compas972 Note that your issue should be resolved with version 1.1.1 of the plugin. Could you confirm?
