Error message in admin if define('WP_DEBUG', true);

In my development environment, I usually have wp_debug set to true in wp-config.php. This plugin works fine in the frontend with or without debug on, but using this plugin with debug on in the admin, there is an error message saying:
user was called incorrectly. The current user is being initialized without using $wp->init(). Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 1.7.) in /home/myusername/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3622
Is this anything to be concerned about?
