    Customers report problems paying by credit card. I have updated the plugin to the latest version.

    The message they receive (in Italian) is: “Unable to process payment, please try again or use another method.”

    Would you mind enabling the logging for Stripe for us? Head to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Stripe, and enable Logging (if it is not already enabled)

    Next, please try to make a test order to generate logs.

    After that, please check WooCommerce > Status > Logs, select the latest Stripe from the dropdown at the top right, and click “View”. Then copy the log into your response here so we can see if there are any errors that might help us in troubleshooting the issue. Please remove any sensitive information before pasting the logs on a public forum.
