Error message HELP PLEASE

  • I am trying to put a registration form on line. I have followed the exact format of how it says to set up a multiple checkbox But I still keep getting this error message:
    Error: A checkbox field is not configured properly in settings.
    This is what I have as the label field. So someone can check one or more
    Booth Information:, Own Generator;Need Electricity;Need Water

    Does anyone have a solution for this. I even tried putting in the sample code given and still get the same error message.
