Error message for acceptance check box

Hello,
I just found this threat on how to get an error message when the acceptance box has not been ticked on a contact form.
Although adding the ‘acceptance_as_validation: on’ to the extra settings works for me, I think it’s probably better to
– have this behavior by default without the extra setting, or
– add a tag option for this feature, or
– add text to the tag options that explains what to doThanks
