Error Message – Failed To Verify Referrer

Are you using a caching plugin? If that is the case, Wp-Polls is not compatible with caching plugin because caching plugin will cache the nonce and hence you will get the error.

Cheers Lester, infact shortly after I posted, I found the issue and indeed cleared the CSS/JS cache which resolved the problem.
