Problem during configuration with SendGrid. On step 3 I am getting
Error Message: Could not create directory.
Any idea what is causing this and possible solution? Screenshot of error message.

  • Hi @kcor555,

Thanks for reaching out. The error message usually indicates an issue with the files and folders permissions. The plugin wasn’t fully installed due to the permission. Please check your site’s files and folders permissions or contact your web host to look into it.

    I hope this helps!

    Hi @kcor555,

I wanted to share information on the issue. It looks like on the setup wizard step 3, the “Smart Contact Form” option is checked which attempts to install the WPForms plugin on your site and due to the files and folder permissions described above, the WPForms plugin could not be installed.

In the meantime, you can uncheck the “Smart Contact Form” option in step 3 to complete the Sendgrid mailer setup.

    Thank you!

    Hi @sanzeeb3,
Sorry for the late reply. Unchecking the “Smart Contact Form” did the trick.

Thank you for the response and follow-up!
