error message denying access

  • Hi.
    I am very new to wordpress. I started today in trying to upload a theme. Uploaded Yboris to w-p content/themes. then i went into admin, selected it there and clicked update file. I then got this error message:

    I thought it was a little too easy. Can anyone tell me where I maybe going wrong?
