    This is just QM re-throwing an exception that’s occurred on your site (this isn’t very clear and I hope to improve this in a future version).

    Is that the complete stack trace? Frames 2 and 3 are missing.

    That is all that is on teh frontend. If you tell me where to look for details I can see if there is more.

    In that case can you try deactivating QM and see what the error says?

    Whatever the result, this is an exception being caused by a plugin or theme on your site. You should try deactivating them one by one to see which one is causing the problem.

    I’m working on improvements to the fatal error handling in QM, hopefully I’ll get a release out soon.

    It stated it was caused due to WordPresses new monitoring system that reports errors.
    It happened when a New User tried to register.
