Error message “client denied by server “

  • I Installed wp db-manager and optimized the database.
    Now my widgets don’t work, and plugins refuse to work.

    I get this errormessage in cPanel:

    [Sat Aug 12 16:31:40 2006] [error] [client 84.29.191.113] client denied by server configuration: /home/ronsrace/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ImageManager/configure/lib/smoothscroll.js

    What can I do to get it back to work normally?
