Error Message Caused by Block Editor

I am trying to convert my site from using Classic Editor to Block Editor. If I deactivate the Classic Editor, I will get the error messages displayed on every page having a download button from the Download Manager. The error message will stay even I activate the Classic Editor again. Below is an example of the situation.
