Error Message Can’t Make Changes

    This is the message i get when I’m trying to do anything like upload pictures, add content to blogs or change my theme. I don’t understand this. Is it from the cpanel or wordpress? How do I fix this so I can have a functional site?

    This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.
